For unopened products returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, PetSage will refund in the amount on your receipt, not including shipping fees. Opened products are not returnable, with the exception of products guaranteed by the manufacturer. Returns after the 30 days will not be accepted, due to the care and storage of products. Beds, toys, cat trees, litter boxes and frozen foods are not returnable due to health and hygiene cautions. All manufacturer guarantees are honored.
